Photo Requirements: +

• • The photograph must be taken from the front, against a white background.
• • The face and shoulders must be fully framed by the camera, and the applicant must look directly at the camera.
• • There must be no reflections, dim areas, or shadows in any part of the photograph.
• • The applicant must have a neutral facial expression, with eyes open and visible.
• • If wearing glasses, the lenses must not reflect ambient or camera light. Dark glasses or thick-framed glasses will not be accepted.
• • No headwear is allowed, except for religious reasons, and even then, it must not obstruct a clear view of the applicant’s face.
• • Children must not appear with toys or with hands holding them.
